A representative of Russia became the country’s first ever winner in the twenty-year history of the Air Guitar World Championships.

After three rounds, Kareel “Your Daddy” Blumenkrants was declared the winner in the final of this global competition that was held in Oulu, Finland.

But the difference between the winner and the runner-up was a mere 0.3 point, reported the Rosbalt news agency.

The Air Guitar World Championships were first held in 1996.

Air guitar is a form of dance and movement in which the performer pretends to play an imaginary rock or heavy metal-style electric guitar.
