YEREVAN. – Armenia and China plan to open trade representations in both countries, the draft agreement was approved during Cabinet's meeting on Monday.

As stated by Economy Minister Karen Chshmarityan, the agreement will enable to get more timely information about the demand and supply at the Chinese market which means to intensify bilateral economic ties and to promote Armenian exports.

According to the National Statistical Service, China has become Armenia's largest export market in January-June 2015 at the expense of copper concentrate that had been previously exported to Bulgaria. Russia remains the largest imported of ready products made in Armenia.
