YEREVAN. – Prominent political and military figure Colonel General Gurgen Dalibaltyan passed away on Tuesday at the age of 89.

Colonel General Gurgen Dalibaltyan was one of the founders of the Armenian Armed Forces. Since 2007 he was a chief adviser to the Defense Minister of Armenia.
