YEREVAN. - Armenia’s Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan has addressed his Russian colleague Ella Pamfilova in connection with the murder of Armenian Rafael Khlghatyan in Russia’s Rostov Oblast.
Andreasyan asked his counterpart to be consistent in the investigation of the case, as well as take measures stipulated by law for ensuring the security of the victim’s family, Ombudsman’s press-service reports.
Khlghatyan, 22, was killed in one of the villages of Rostov Oblast during a showdown.
