YEREVAN. – New draft concept on Armenia's Constitution does not take into account the role of Armenian family, former MP Vardan Khachatryan said.

“Everyone forgets that the family is bearer of human and national values, transmitted from generation to generation. This is how the Constitution should consider a family,” the lawyer emphasized.

Without understanding there is a danger of distortion of a vitally important notion which is a family.
