STEPANAKERT. – Defense Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Levon Mnatsakanyan on Thursday received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.
They discussed situation at the line of contact and exchanged views on prospects for resolution of Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict. The sides noted importance of cooperation between the OSCE and Karabakh Defense Ministry.
