YEREVAN. – The political parties saying “no” to the constitutional reform today, supported similar text of amendments three years ago, secretary of RPA faction Gagik Melikyan said.
He urged members of “No” front against constitutional reform to better study the text. The constructive proposals, if there are any, will be heard, the MP assured.
“At least I do not have an impression that any member of “No” front got acquainted with the content of the constitutional reform,” Melikyan noted.
The MP added that the parliament will vote on the amendments on October 5, while referendum is planned for December.
