YEREVAN. – Five people face charges in mass infection of Hepatitis C in Armenia's Kajaran.
Among them are former director of the hospital Vardan Avagyan. Deputy director Virab Manasyan, two nurses and a doctor.
They are charged with violation of the sanitary norms that caused mass infection.
On January 17 a call about several patients infected with Hepatitis C after surgeries in Kajaran's medical facility has been received.
