YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 473.71/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday; this is down by AMD 1.88 from Tuesday.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 531.36 (down by AMD 2.92), that of one British pound was AMD 719.47 (down by AMD 2.52), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.25 (up by AMD 0.06), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.
In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 221.75, AMD 17,242.03 and AMD 13,874.65, respectively.
The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Wednesday.
