YEREVAN. - The right of people to self-determination must be considered in the whole world, Eduard Sharmazanov, spokesman of Armenia’s ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Vice President of parliament told Armenian News – NEWS.am after the session of the RPA Supreme body today.
According to Sharmazanov, Armenia’s President noted in his speech that during the recent 70 years, the number of UN states grew from 51 to 193 thanks to the peoples’ right to self-determination and that of disposing of their own destiny.
“Mr. President stressed the victorious march of the right to self-determination as one of the fundamental rights,” he said.
