YEREVAN. – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, on Sunday received Nikolay Bordyuzha, Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

The interlocutors reflected on the execution process of the decisions that were made at the recent CSTO Collective Security Council meeting that was held in was held in the Tajik capital city of Dushanbe, and discussed Armenia’s chairmanship in this organization, informed the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

In addition to the current situation as a result of the ceasefire violation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and the Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact, and which was discussed at the CSTO FMs’ meeting that was convened last week in New York, Nalbandian and Bordyuzha conferred on the maters relating to this situation.

The parties also highly praised the “Indestructible Brotherhood 2015” military exercises of the CSTO Collective Peacekeeping Forces, and which wrapped up in Armenia.
