YEREVAN. – The audit being conducted at the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC will not reveal who are guilty for the squandering in the company.

Opposition Prosperous Armenia Party former MP, economist Vardan Bostanjyan, stated the above-said at a press conference on Monday.

“You’ll see nothing in the [audit] conclusion,” said Bostanjyan. “The auditor may conclude that the management [of the ENA] had not been effective. But what was the reason for that? Or, who is behind it? The answer to these questions will not be.”

The economist stressed that a bad management was conducted at this company.

“Now, someone will close this financial gap, right?” he asked. “Here, they decided to put the [respective] burden upon the shoulders of the new buyer, the Tashir Group[, which belongs to Moscow-based Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan]. Now, they will have to put a lot of money into it.”
