YEREVAN. – Israel is a quite developed country to be involved in some games and to be pulled to one side or another, expert of International expert Center for Electoral Systems (ICES) Alexander Tsinker said.

An Israeli expert noted that his name is also in the black list of Azerbaijani foreign ministry.

“We are often asked about the party we support. We are on the side of Israel. Yes, we get 30% of oil from Azerbaijan. Moreover, we are interested in Azerbaijan as a country bordering with Iran. We are not playing on the side of Armenia or Azerbaijan. We are supplying weapons, drones to Azerbaijan. I have talked to representatives of Armenia. Nothing personal, it's just business,” Tsniker said.

As to possible supplies to Armenia, it is problematic given the country's membership to CSTO, he added.
