YEREVAN. – Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Ara Nazaryan met with the members of the delegation of Council of Europe anti-torture Committee.

The sides discussed issues related to the status and activities of the penal battalions, rights of those who are undergoing punishment.

Members of the delegation were presented the process of training military police on human rights issues.
