YEREVAN. – The Armenian authorities will have to take into account opposition's view while drawing a new electoral code, secretary of ARF Dashnaktsutyun faction Aghvan Vardanyan told reporters.
He recalled that new edition of the code will have to be approved with 79 votes out of 131, and Armenia's ruling RPA does not have enough voices.
If the opposition acts as a real opposition, we will have an excellent electoral code, Vardanyan said.
