YEREVAN. – Speaker of the Armenian parliament Galust Sahakyan on the behalf of the parliament has sent invitations to the heads of international parliamentary structures to observe the referendum on constitutional amendments scheduled for December 6.

An invitation has been sent to Chairwoman of IPA CIS Council Valentina Matviyenko, President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, President of the OSCE PA Ilkka Kanerva and PACE President Anne Brassuer.
