YEREVAN. - There’s no need to blacken the government and fail to see its achievements, Hermine Naghdalyan, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament and member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), said in the parliament today at the debate on the Draft State Budget for 2016.

“The government and the Ministry of Finance treated each speech with great seriousness. But, unfortunately, many statements showed the intention to blacken the government by all means without noticing its achievements,” Naghdalyan said.

According to her, it’s necessary to welcome everyone who, although criticized, but did this due to the concern over the country’s condition and included substantive comments in their speech.
