YEREVAN. - ARF Dasnaktsutyun (ARF-D) hasn’t yet presented its final stance on Armenia’s draft Budget for 2016.

The faction secretary Aghvan Vardanyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am that the ARF will not support the draft, but the form in which they will express their reluctance hasn’t yet been decided.

According to him, precisely assessing the current budget, which is indeed the weakest one in the recent years, the party thinks that they can’t support it. “There are several types of voting. The government is still working on the budget. When the final draft is introduced, we will express our final stance,” Vardanyan said.

Responding to the question, that failing to support the draft, ARF-D refutes the presumption that it can form a coalition with the authorities before the parliamentary elections, Vardanyan said: “We have always stated that this Constitution is a chance to change something in the country, which has various problems. If we are sure that the country goes in the direction we want – which gives an opportunity to carry out the amendments – we can form a coalition any time. But if there is no confidence and guarantees, we won’t enter a coalition for the sake of the coalition. We have repeatedly said about this.”
