YEREVAN. - Following the submission of a complaint to the Armenian President’s Palace, several dozens of young men of the “Red card” initiative, struggling against the electricity, gas, sugar, flour and petrol price hike in Armenia, continued their protest. Specifically, they tried to block Yerevan’s Mashtots Avenue.

As reported by Armenian News - NEWS.am correspondent, the activists sat in the street for a moment, but the police immediately removed them from there. Following this, the activists also tried to block central Tumanyan street, which they didn’t manage.

At the moment, they are walking across the Northern Avenue to the Republic Square.

The initiative members, who have also submitted letters to the Government and Parliament, gave the authorities time to get a response to their letters before November 30.
