YEREVAN. - Clashes took place today between the participants of the First Armenian Front (FAF) movement and police in front of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) office in Khanjyan street. (photos)

The march participants tried to fasten the banner reading “Your time has come” on the building’s grilles, but the policemen tried not to allow this, after which the activists broke through a police cordon and managed to fasten the banner, as reported by Armenian News – NEWS.am.  

Following this, clashes began between the policemen and the activists; the policemen tore the banner from the grilles.

At the moment, the activists in front of the FFA building are scanning “Shame, shame.” Large number of policemen is controlling the situation.

The fan movement demands from the FFA to provide a new coach for the Armenian Squad, include fit footballers in it and lower the price of squad match tickets, as well as the resignation of FFA President Ruben Hayrapetyan.
