It is difficult to comprehend and accept what happened in Paris.

French Armenian visual artist Alain Berbérian, whose work entitled “Paris, November 2015” will be on the cover of the next issue of The New Yorker magazine, stated the aforementioned.

“I drew a picture where people are happy,” Berbérian told the LCI news channel of France. “I wanted to get rid of tension.

“Now, life is divided into ‘before’ and ‘after’ [Paris], but I want to show the life that goes on.”

Simultaneous terrorist attacks had occurred on the evening of November 13, in different parts of the French capital city.

These attacks claimed around 130 lives and injured over 300 people.

A state of emergency has been declared in France.
