YEREVAN. – If Baku continues speaking from the positions of force, it would be difficult to expect something from a meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan, stated the abovementioned at the end of Thursday’s Cabinet meeting.

“Expectations may appear [solely] when the Azerbaijani side puts an end to the ‘all or nothing’ approach and the attempts to get by force a solution that is acceptable for it,” Kocharyan noted. “On the other hand, this doesn’t mean that such meetings are unnecessary; there are meetings and talks even between warring sides.”
