YEREVAN. – The large fire, which had broken out on Thursday at around 2pm nearby Dilijan National Park in Armenia’s Tavush Province, was put out on Friday at 12:24am.

Press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations informed the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

But about 50 hectares of grass and trees were burned up in the fire.

Three fire and rescue squads as well as the national park staff were fighting the fire.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
