YEREVAN. - The Armenian police inform that the rally of 1 December 2015 is going on with violations of law.  

According to the statement issued by the police, the rally organizers have deviated from the route presented by them and taken into account, moving across Melik-Adamyan street and blocking the traffic of the adjacent Hanrapetutyan street, substantiating their actions by “walking freely in our city” and similar justifications.  

The Armenian police once again urged the rally organizers, specifically Raffi Hovannisian and Jirayr Sefilian, to sober up, demanding them to refrain from creating situations threatening the safety of the rally participants and police officers during such crowded events.  

“The rally organizers will hold the full responsibility for the consequences emerged as a result of such actions,” the statement reads.
