YEREVAN. – The track-record of teaching microelectronics in Armenia’s schools has interested the foreign partners.

The Minister of Education and Science, Armen Ashotyan, stated the aforesaid at a press conference on Saturday, as he summed up the results of the current year.

Ashotyan informed that in the 2015/2016 academic year, the microelectronics, information security, and information technology teaching program was launched in five schools in Armenia, and ten more schools are planned to be included in the next academic year.

The minister added that the country’s respective track-record was presented at the Education World Forum (EWF), which is the largest international ministerial seminar held annually in London, and the relevant report was included in the (EWF) program, as a noteworthy track-record of innovative education.
