YEREVAN. - The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) hasn’t discussed issues on coalition government and cooperation at the RPA Executive Body Session.

Armenian Parliament Vice President Eduard Sharmazanov, who is also the RPA Spokesman, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent after the session.

“The discussions are underway. Things will get clear by the end of next week.  No discussion on this matter has taken place at the Executive Body session. The basis of cooperation for both the RPA and Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) is not the distribution of posts, but the ideology and the plan provisions,” Sharmazanov said.

According to the Spokesman, today’s discussion concerned the new Electoral Code.

It’s already several days hearsay was circulated that a decision on forming coalition was to be adopted at today’s session.
