YEREVAN. – A team of human rights activists and attorneys are preparing documents into the case of Armenian citizen Karen Petrosyan, who had died while in captivity in Azerbaijan, to file a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).

Kristina Gevorgyan, one of the attorneys involved in the case, told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

But it is not yet known when the team will petition to ECtHR.

At present, the National Security Service of Armenia is investigating the case.

Karen Petrosyan, a 32-year-old resident of Chinari village in the Tavush Province of Armenia, was captured by the Azerbaijanis on August 7, 2014.
