The “Armenian Heritage” exhibition, which is devoted to the history and culture of the Armenians of Ukraine, will open Wednesday at Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, in capital city Kiev, according to AnalitikaUA.

The centuries-old history of Ukrainian Armenians will be presented within the framework of this event. 

Armenian book printing in Ukraine turns 400 years old in the current year.

After Venice, Constantinople and Rome, the Ukrainian city of Lviv had become the fourth center for Armenian book printing.

The first Armenian book printed in Lviv was David and the Psalms, and it was published in 1616.
