An explosion has hit a plant for production of weapons in Kazanlak, Bulgaria, two workers were killed. Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country reported that there is no information on wounded and danger of new explosions, Reuters reported.

According to the Internal Ministry, the incident occurred during maintenance work in one of the buildings of the largest plant. The explosion  provoked the fire which was quickly localized.

The police surrounded the place of the incident and are investigating the causes of the explosion, RIA Novosti reported.
