YEREVAN. - The Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations has published new preliminary data on the explosion in passenger bus in Yerevan. (photos)
According to the agency, one person died as a result of the explosion. It is yet unknown what caused the explosion.
The bus exploded at about 9:51 pm, when the bus was near 11 Halabyan Street.
The injured have been taken to Armenia Medical Center.
According to our information, the blast took place in N 63 bus.
Armenian Health Minister Armen Muradyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am that six people have been taken to Armenia Medical Center. Two of them are women, one of whom is pregnant. Among the injured are also a 14-year-old teenager and three men.
Five of the injured are in critical condition, one being in an extremely critical condition.
