YEREVAN. - One of the Armenian servicemen wounded as a result of firing from the Azerbaijani side has been taken to Yerevan, Armenian Health Minister Armen Muradyan told journalists Wednesday.
According to him, the condition of the serviceman is critical.
As reported earlier, the Azerbaijani armed forces fired more than 550 missiles toward the NKR military positions and peaceful settlements, and with virtually all the artillery weaponry at its disposal, including from mortars, cannons, and Grad missile launchers.
More intensive shelling was recorded in a northeasterly direction of the Line of Contact. Martakert town, Nerkin Horatagh village, and several other civilian areas were shelled.
As a result of these aggressive actions by the adversary, NKR Defense Army serviceman Hayk Minasyan (born in 1996) was mortally wounded. Another three Armenian soldiers got wounded.
