The severity of the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh is not decreasing, said Nikolay Bordyuzha, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO ).

"There is a possibility of escalation of the so-called frozen conflicts . And, unfortunately , the severity of the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh is not decreasing," said Bordyuzha at the 5th Moscow international security conference , reports TASS.

As reported earlier, Azerbaijan launched large-scale military operations along the entire contact line with Nagorno Karabakh on the night of April 2. On April 5 in Moscow the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides agreed on the cease-fire, however, Azerbaijan constantly violates the agreement by opening fire on the frontline, continuing killing Armenian soldiers, and shooting  peaceful settlements .
