YEREVAN. – A capital city Yerevan court on Saturday ruled—in a closed session—in favor of the investigative body’s motion for a two-month arrest as the restraining order for the 20-year old son of Gurgen Arsenyan, Chairman of the United Labour Party, and member of the National Assembly (parliament) of Armenia.
Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned the above-said from the press service of the Investigative Committee.
Arsenyan’s son is suspected of committing hooliganism.
A criminal case is opened against him on charges of hooliganism—intentional gross violation of public order.
