President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Pedro Agramunt will take part in the 44th Plenary Session of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS) in Saint Petersburg on 19 and 20 May 2016.

The President will also hold several bilateral meetings, in particular with the Speaker of the Russian State Duma Sergey Naryshkin, the Speaker of Russia’s Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, and with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Ilkka Kanerva.
