Head of the Ukranian office of special investigations of the Prosecutor General Sergei Gorbatyuk stated that Russia has refused to extradite the former president Viktor Yanukovych.

Gorbatyuk said that they had received a refusal. Therefore, they will raise the question to interrogate him in the territory of the Russian Federation, UNN reported.

Earlier, the court in Kiev has agreed to appeal to Russia to interrogate Yanukovych in the videoconference mode.
