STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Minister of Defense and Defense Army Commander, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan, on Wednesday held a service consultation at a Defense Army unit located in a southerly direction.
The NKR Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the discussants conferred on the army processes being carried out in southerly and southeasterly directions of the Artsakh defense line.
At the end of the consultation, Mnatsakanyan gave those in attendance relevant instructions and recommendations, in accordance with the directions.
