A resolution on Genocide in the Bundestag , even if the wording is not desirable for us , will be a new beginning for moving ahead,  said Martin Dolzer, Hamburg Parliament deputy and member of Die Linke [(The Left)] Party of Germany, on May 19 , during a press conference. "We know what genocide means based on our history," he added.

According to him, the German Reich by means of its doctors, ambassadors and consuls is well informed what is happening in the region and announced that even if the Armenian people perish , we must support our fellow Turks . "Unfortunately today our federal government is working closely with Erdogan . We do not hear any criticism from them about massacre of Kurds as well " he said.

According to Dolzer they should work to include in school textbooks the topic of genocide,  as it is possible to promote people to treat each other with respect by means of education .
