STEPANAKERT. – The situation along Line of Contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces continued to remain calm from late Friday night to early Saturday morning.   

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army (NKR/Artsakh DA) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that during this time, however, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the arrangement to cease fire, and by way of rifle weaponry.

“[But] the DA vanguard units remained committed to the arrangement to cease fire, and continued confidently conducting the military task set before them,” the respective statement reads.
