YEREVAN. – In 2013, Armenia assumed the Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CoE), and this chairmanship was crowned with success.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Edward Nalbandian, said about the aforementioned in his statement on the occasion of the fifteenth anniversary of Armenia’s joining the CoE.

In his words, Armenia stood at the helm of the largest organization of Europe, and this was an important mission as well as an opportunity and accountability.
