The Australian law firm on behalf of the seven victims of Malaysia Airlines’ crashed Boeing-777 has submitted a claim to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR)against Russian and the Russian President Vladimir Putin  demanding a compensation, reported  Reuters.

The Australian Fairfax media reports that about 33 relatives of the victims  are listed in the documents of LHD Lawyers company. The motion was filed on May 9. Putin and Russia are listed as defendants. The company is trying to get 10 million compensation for each person , according to "Vedomosti ".

Boeing-777 owned by Malaysia Airlines, flying Amsterdam – Kuala- Lumpur , crashed on July 17 , 2014 , in Donbass , near the village of Grabovo , in the territory controlled by Ukraine. The plane had 298 people on board , including 28 Australian citizens. They all died.
