Six people died and seven others were wounded as a result of fire and a range of blasts at a garment factory building in Henan province of Central China, Xinghua news agency reports.
The tragedy took place in Zhengzhou city. According to the witnesses, after the fire the staff began to jump off the windows of the sixth floor.
26 fire brigades were dispatched to the scene. Currently, the fire has been extinguished. Overall 140 firefighters took part in putting it down. Consequently, about 700 square meters were burnt down.
