The German government hopes that a visa-free regime to Europe for the Turkish citizens will be introduced no earlier than in 2017 , writes Bild , quoting governmental sources. According to the sources, the negotiations will not be completed in July this year as previously planned , because Ankara does not  implement the Brussels agreement.

It is reported that amendments of anti-terrorist laws continue to remain a touchstone, which the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan rejects . Among other things, Turkey needs to put into effect the clause on protection of journalists and government critics from criminal prosecution, Gazeta reports.
