YEREVAN. – Monitoring devices, by way of which the Armenian position-holders are able to detect the movement of the adversary at any time, have been installed at the border positions of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), according to Hraparak newspaper.

“There were such devices previously, but in the military units, and even then, not [in] all.

“In particular, one of the [Armenian politician] visitors to the [military] positions in Askeran told us that the devices are designed for night, as well as, and they perform the same function in darkness, too.

“Those [Armenian politicians] who visited the border were informed that the Artsakh DA [i.e. Defense Army] acquired these devices through the donations that were made in the days of the war [which Azerbaijan had unleashed against Karabakh] in [early] April,” Hraparak wrote.
