YEREVAN. – The operational situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border was calm, from late Tuesday night to early Wednesday morning.
The Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that during this time, however, the Azerbaijani armed forces again fired irregular shots toward the northeastern sector—i.e. Tavush Province of Armenia—of the border, and by using rifle weaponry.
But the Armenian armed forces carry out their tasks that are set, and on a daily basis.
