The heads of governments of the CIS following the results of a meeting signed a package of documents in the sphere of economy, armed forces and humanitarian cooperation. In total 21 documents were adopted by the meeting participants.

In particular, the heads of delegations signed the protocol between the states on the treaty on free trade zone of 18 October 2011, the rules and procedures of public procurement regulation, as approved by the convention on the conservation of agro-biodiversity, RIA Novosti reported.

In addition, the parties agreed to form an organization in the field of study of the problems of military metrology and metrological support of the Armed Forces.  Another decision concerns the basic organization of the CIS member states in preparation for mine clearance for the Armed Forces.

The sides also signed an agreement on exchange of information on accidents at electric power facilities, and an agreement on information cooperation on the movement of radioactive sources.

In particular, the council accepted decision on the concept of cooperation in the field of combating cancer and a program of cooperation for the prevention of treatment of diabetes in 2016-2020.

The Council of CIS Heads of Government approved strategy on health.

Another decision of the Council of CIS Heads of Government regards the implementation of the interstate program of innovative cooperation until 2020.

In addition, the parties signed the documents relating to the CIS Member States Census that will be held in 2020, working with young people and development of youth entrepreneurship.
