Mkhitaryan challenges physical laws and promises generation of more energy than a nuclear-power station generates.

RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan never approached the stand. He gave an evasive answer to NEWS.am’s question about the ministry’s attitude to the invention. First, there must be an expert opinion by the Scientific Council of Armenia. “It is clear that there is no perpetuum mobile,” Movsisyan said.
