YEREVAN. - Upon the decree of President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, Vaghinak Sargsyan has been appointed Head of Intelligence Department of the General Staff of Armenia’s Armed Forces, the President’s press-service reports.
The former Head of Intelligence Department, Arshak Karapetyan, was relieved of his duties on April 26.
