A contest of clean technologies is launched in Armenia, said Frunzik Voskanyan, the executive director of New Technology Education Fund, to NEWS.am during DigiTech Business conference in Yerevan.  The conference was organized by the Union of Information Technologies in Armenia .

The Fund is organizing the national round of the European contest Climate Launchpad. It is funded by Cimate KIC accelerator. 30 European countries take part in the contest. Three winners from Armenia will travel to Estonia to participate in the European contest. They will meet with foreign partners and investors, including venturers. Three teams selected in Armenia will receive 10 , 5 and 2.5 thousand euros. However , according to Voskanian , the most important contribution of the program is an exchange of experiences. " In September, we will also announce about the contest of Hi-Tech projects. We will select the best teams that will have great chances to succeed , " he added .
