Many users in Europe do not have access to WhatsApp, Reddit and Slack because of problems with a cable that sends internet under the Atlantic, The Independent writes.

Many popular apps and websites are either slow or completely inaccessible for the users in Europe. The problem with a cable also affected the work of CloudFare.
