Nagorno-Karabakh will apparently not become part of Azerbaijan again; this is out of the question, Russian political analyst Alexander Skakov told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
In his words, resumption of military actions is the worst scenario also for Russia, EU and U.S. ''Therefore, they are trying to prevent this. But only non-commital statements - words, which we have been observing for already a year and which can be easily forgotten – were made during the meetings in St. Petersburg and also Vienna. Thus, unless binding statements and decisions are made, there will be no real results on Karabakh conflict settlement,'' Skakov noted.
The meeting of Armenian, Russian and Azsrbaijani presidents on Karabakh issue took place in St. Petersburg Monday. A joint statement of the presidents was asopted as a result of the meeting.
